Trent McIntosh, Senior Vice President & General Manager
Trent McIntosh brings 20 years of experience in Racing and Gaming management to Caesars Entertainment, where he currently serves as assistant general manager at Horseshoe Bossier City and Harrah’s Louisiana Downs.
In his current role, Trent manages all racing and gaming operations at Harrah’s Louisiana Downs and all gaming operations at Horseshoe Bossier City. In this position, which he has held since 2016, Trent is responsible for helping build and execute service plans and manage the overall effectiveness of both properties. He is best known for his exemplary customer service scores and brought his resorts to first and second in customer service in all of Caesars Entertainment. Trent was awarded the Caesars Award of Excellence, Caesars’ highest honor, for general leadership and improvement in customer service.
Prior to his current position, Trent spent 6 years as director of operations at Harrah’s Louisiana Downs, where he managed the day-to-day operations of the property. He also served 2 years as director of racing operations.
Before joining Caesars Entertainment, Trent spent 10 years as the racing manager for Boyd Gaming’s Delta Downs Racetrack Casino and Hotel.
Trent’s family is from Riley, Indiana, near Terre Haute. He grew up in Louisiana but has stayed well connected to his Indiana roots and is a life-long Indiana Hoosier fan. He and his wife, Natasha, have three children, Carly, 21; Carson, 16; and Cooper, 10.
Away from work, Trent has been active in community projects, including participation in HERO events and CodeGreen events in 2017. He is also a volunteer in two local youth programs – Upward Sports and the Bossier Parks and Recreation Department.
Rick Moore, Vice President & General Manager of Racing
Rick Moore brings more than 30 years of horse racing industry experience to Hoosier Park Racing & Casino’s live racing and four simulcast wagering operations. Rick, an integral member of Hoosier Park’s opening team in 1994, oversaw racing operations and expansions for nearly 14 years. Under his Hoosier Park tenure, Rick led the creation and expansion of three off-track betting facilities and introduced multiple premier signature racing events.
A graduate of the University of Kentucky, Rick currently serves on the boards of the United Way of Madison County, C.A.S.A., Regions 5 Workforce, and the Anderson Rotary. Rick also holds the positions of vice-chair of the Anderson Urban League board and member of the United Way of Madison County Fundraising Committee.
