Michael Facenda, Vice President & General Manager of Gaming


Michael Facenda is responsible for all gaming related operations at Hoosier Park Racing & Casino including Casino Operations, Food & Beverage, Facilities, Housekeeping, Information Technologies, Security, Communications, Human Resources, Sales, and Marketing.

Michael joined Centaur Gaming as Indiana Grand’s Vice President of Marketing in 2013 before most recently serving as Vice President and Assistant General Manager of Gaming where he aided in successfully integrating gaming and racing operations at the Shelbyville property. A native of Margate, New Jersey and former Vice President of Marketing for Firekeepers Casino in Battle Creek, Michigan and Marketing Executive with Borgata Hotel Casino & Spar in Atlantic City, Michael brings more than 25 years of casino operations and marketing experience to Centaur Gaming.

Michael is a graduate of Rowan University and a committed community partner through service on the Rupert’s Kids Organization Board of Directors as well as leading company-wide initiatives to benefit the Shelby County Toys for Tots and Shelby County United Fund For You programs.

Rick Moore, Vice President & General Manager of Racing

Moore_WebRick Moore brings more than 30 years of horse racing industry experience to Hoosier Park Racing & Casino’s live racing and four simulcast wagering operations. Rick, an integral member of Hoosier Park’s opening team in 1994, oversaw racing operations and expansions for nearly 14 years. Under his Hoosier Park tenure, Rick led the creation and expansion of three off-track betting facilities and introduced multiple premier signature racing events.

A graduate of the University of Kentucky, Rick currently serves on the boards of the United Way of Madison County, C.A.S.A., Regions 5 Workforce, and the Anderson Rotary. Rick also holds the positions of vice-chair of the Anderson Urban League board and member of the United Way of Madison County Fundraising Committee.
