Indiana Horse Racing Commission
The Indiana Horse Racing Commission office is located on the backside in the Race Office/Administration building at Stable Gate One.
Admittance to the Stable Area
The IHRC and Hoosier Park have jurisdiction over the entrance of any and all personnel onto the backstretch grounds. Admittance to the stable area is restricted to owners and their guests, trainers and their employees, racing officials, and the working press upon presentation of proper credentials. No visitors are permitted beyond the stable gate without authorization.
